These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SAR288 ("SAR288", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SAR288 website located at https://sar288.asia, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and associated features offered therein.

SAR288 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming regulations, offering services to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. To register and maintain an active account on SAR288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. SAR288 applies a minimum age threshold of 21 in accordance with the standards applicable to casino-style gambling for Malaysian players. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active SAR288 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be employed by SAR288, its affiliates, software providers, game studios, or any entity with a direct commercial relationship with SAR288, nor be an immediate family member of such a person.

SAR288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad) or passport number, contact number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any material misrepresentation — including but not limited to providing false name, age, or payment details — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances held.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point at SAR288's reasonable discretion — the Platform may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The documentation required may include:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet or bank account displaying your name).

SAR288 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically under 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly upon registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

SAR288 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods approved and displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. SAR288 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your SAR288 account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation. SAR288 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the designated withdrawal interface within your SAR288 account. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your account, unless otherwise approved by SAR288's compliance team.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
2. All applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with any active or recently claimed bonus must be fully satisfied;
3. Your requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier;

General conditions applicable to all SAR288 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only, with a single registered account in good standing;
• Bonus Funds are issued in addition to, and must be tracked separately from, Real Money Balances. Where Real Money and Bonus Funds are used simultaneously, Real Money Funds are typically wagered first;

All bets placed on the SAR288 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the respective game, sport, or event in question, as displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering. The following general betting principles apply to all wagers placed:

• A wager is confirmed and binding at the moment it is accepted by the Platform and reflected in your account transaction history. SAR288 is not liable for wagers that fail to submit due to connectivity issues on the Player's end;
• All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format. Prices displayed at the time a bet slip is confirmed are the prices at which the wager will be settled, except where a manifest error has occurred;
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, corrupted data, or technical malfunctions — SAR288 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account;
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at the Platform's discretion, particularly where live data feeds are temporarily unavailable;
• SAR288 reserves the right to impose individual or market-wide betting limits at its reasonable discretion. Bet limits for sports markets, live casino tables, and slot titles are as displayed within the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SAR288 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of proceeds of crime, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including misrepresentation of identity, use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised chargebacks, or deliberate exploitation of Platform errors;
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially under the same or different personal details for the purpose of circumventing limits, exploiting bonuses, or evading previous account restrictions;
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing wagers on events where the outcome is known or influenced in advance through illegal means, including participation in or knowledge of match-fixing arrangements;
• Automated Wagering: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by SAR288;
• Collusion: Coordinating wagers with other players in a manner designed to guarantee winnings or manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker and multiplayer games;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that have been legitimately used for wagering on the Platform. SAR288 will pursue chargebacks through appropriate legal channels.

SAR288 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability.

SAR288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Platform's supporting policies;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a valid chargeback instruction from a payment processor;
• At the Player's own written request (voluntary account closure);
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, SAR288 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified Real Money Balances that are not subject to any dispute or wagering requirement may be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the satisfactory completion of any required investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the support team via live chat or the contact email. Account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding Real Money Balances will be returned following standard KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual dispute — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which SAR288 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and SAR288, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. Players may raise a formal dispute by contacting SAR288's support team with full written details of the issue. SAR288 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by SAR288's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to bring a claim before a competent court of jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.
